Refund policy

At Alletro, we strive for quality. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. However, to be eligible for a full refund, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for a full refund.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Alletro is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or broken, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Evidence: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage and the packaging to alletrobusiness@gmail.com.

  • If the defect is proven to be a shipping or production error, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at alletrobusiness@gmail.com. You will receive the return instructions via email. Do not send items back without prior notification.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
