At Alletro, we aim to deliver your order as quickly, transparently, and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

Supported Countries

We currently ship to the following countries: Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and Austria.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and handed over to Mondial Relay within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

To keep things simple and reliable, we exclusively offer Home Delivery via Mondial Relay for all our orders.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders include Track & Trace. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package directly to your doorstep.

Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on the destination and local distribution networks. These are provided as estimates only. Alletro is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with Mondial Relay to investigate and find an appropriate solution.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Alletro is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
